From exterior construction to seasonal lawn care, KNE Property Services Ltd delivers skilled, reliable work across every aspect of property maintenance and improvement. Based in Saskatoon, we serve homeowners, landlords, and commercial property owners throughout the region with the same hands-on quality we've built our reputation on since 2013.

As their reputation grew, they expanded their services to include home renovations specifically aimed at helping seniors maintain their independence longer. One of their clients was so delighted with their work that he shared his experience over coffee, sparking interest from his friends who also needed renovations. Naturally, Eddie and Katlin were more than happy to assist them!

As the workload increased, they realized they needed more hands on deck. They brought another team member, Eddie’s brother Sam, on board to tackle a variety of renovation projects, including siding, soffits, fascia, eavestroughs, and exterior finishes.

KNE operates on a first come, first served basis. When a client accepts a quote, they’re added to the project list, regardless of whether it’s a quick hour-long task or a three-day job. Every Sunday, the team gathers to review the upcoming week’s list, ensuring everyone is ready to hit the ground running.

Over the years, KNE Property Services has evolved into a full-fledged construction company, anchored by a simple but powerful promise: treat every property as if it were your own. Today, KNE is a genuine family business, and that sense of care shines through in every project. We’re not a franchise; we’re a father and son team who take pride in every property we work on.

Eddie Bjornson — Owner

Eddie has been working in property maintenance and construction in Saskatchewan for his entire career. He, along with Katlin, founded KNE in 2013 with the belief that great construction starts with great people — people who are responsive, honest and actually know what they're doing. Their hands-on background means no problem goes undiagnosed and no contractor goes unvetted.

Katlin brings a client-first approach to the day-to-day operations of KNE, managing relationships, coordinating services, and making sure every owner and tenant feels heard.
